Overview
We want to make sure you can easily upload your files to DocSend no matter where your documents are! You can upload documents or entire folder structures that are no larger than 2GB from shared and personal drives using any of the providers listed.

Connect Box
To upload your Box content, follow these steps:
- Click on Upload content
- Select the option best suited for your content upload (most users select Upload files and folders)
- Select Box from the service options provided
- Enter your Box login credentials
- Allow DocSend to access your Box account so you can start uploading files.
Connect Dropbox
To upload your Dropbox content, follow these steps:
- Click Upload Content
- Select the option best suited for your content upload (most users select Upload files and folders)
- Select Dropbox from the service options provided
- Enter your Dropbox login credentials.
- Allow DocSend to access your Dropbox account so you can start uploading files.
Connect Google Drive
To upload your Google Drive content, follow these steps:
- Click on Upload content
- Select the option best suited for your content upload (most users select Upload files and folders)
- Select Google Drive from the service options provided
- Enter your Google login credentials
- Allow DocSend to access your google account so you can start uploading files
Connect OneDrive/Business
Since OneDrive and OneDrive for Business are powered by Microsoft, the steps to connect these services are the same. Please note, you will need to connect to each provider individually.
To upload your OneDrive/One Drive for Business content, follow these steps:
- Click on Upload content
- Select the option best suite for your document (most users select files and folders)
- Select OneDrive/OneDrive for Business from the service options
- Enter your Microsoft login credentials associated with OneDrive/OneDrive for Business or SharePoint Online.
- Grant DocSend permission to the selected account by clicking Accept
Manage Cloud Providers
You can have all your preferred providers connected and switch from one provider to another whenever you need to upload your documents.
Disconnect Cloud Upload Provider
- From the Upload window, click on the provider dropdown list
- Select Manage Accounts
- Click X for the provider you want to disconnect
- Click on Disconnect all accounts to disconnect all providers at once.
- Click on Disconnect all accounts to disconnect all providers at once.
Things To Consider:
- Team Drive: You can upload from your personal, team, and shared drives on any of the providers mentioned.
