Security is top of mind at DocSend, and we want to make sure that extends to all parts of our business. When discussing account-specific information during a phone call with our Support team, you may be asked to provide a unique PIN that’s generated under your account as a means of verifying your access to the account.
Locate your Pin
Your unique PIN will refresh every 60 seconds. To locate your PIN, you’ll need to be logged into your DocSend account.
- Click on your avatar icon.
- Click Settings.
- Under the Personal Settings tab, click on the Support PIN section.
- From there, provide the 6-digit code to the chat or phone representative.
