How to disable access to a space link
To disable access for everyone:
- Click Spaces in the left sidebar.
- Click Active.
- Select Deactivate Space.
- You can also disable access to individual files within the space instead of the entire space. Learn how to manage content in spaces.
To disable access for specific individuals:
- Click Spaces in the left sidebar.
- Click Share.
- Click Allow/block list in the dropdown menu.
- Toggle Allow/block list to On to limit who can view the Space link.
- Enter the email addresses or domains of those you want to allow or block access for.
- Click Save.
You can disable individual files in a Space rather than the entire Space. For more details, check out our article on Managing Content In Spaces.
Note: If you're on the Advanced or Advanced Data Rooms plan, you can control what files and folders individual links (also called data rooms) offer. You can create a group with a list of approved members, or you can create and share a link to your data room.
