When visiting a Space, there are few things you can do to navigate through the shared content.
Creating a view-only account
- Visit a Space someone has shared with you.
- Click Get Started in the banner.
- Fill out the form.
- Click Agree and sign up.
- Verify your email.
- Customize your experience.

When accessing shared content or a data space, you may first be required to provide your email address or sign an NDA. Learn more about DocSend link settings.
Page navigator
You can navigate to a different page on the document, quickly switch between documents, and go back to the home page without ever leaving the document viewer in page navigator.
Search bar
You can look for specific content in your files using the search bar.

Download files in a Space
When downloading is enabled, you can download specific folders, ZIP files, or a ZIP of the entire Space. Use the download icon in the top-right corner to download all available content, or click the icon next to an individual item to download it individually.
For larger downloads, you can select Email download link in the pop-up window to have the files sent directly to your inbox. To ensure the best experience, download content on the same device where you originally viewed the Space. The ZIP file will preserve the folder and section structure, but updates or new additions to the Space may require you to download the assets again. URL links cannot be downloaded, and the download icon only appears if the Space owner has enabled downloading for that item. If a folder includes files that aren’t downloadable, those files will be excluded from the download.
