Overview
DocSend offers the ability for you and your team to log in securely through Okta OneLogin or Entra ID via SAML 2.0. As an added layer of security, DocSend also supports SCIM for user provisioning with both Okta and OneLogin.

Okta
To learn more and help set up the Okta SSO login, please refer to Okta's guide on How to Configure SAML 2.0 for DocSend. Please follow the steps outlined in the article and email our Support team at support@docsend.com with the information requested.
Entra ID
To set up Entra ID SSO login:

Contact the DocSend Support team (support@docsend.com) and request that they enable SAML 2.0 for your account.

Include the following information with your request:

The email of one user that has already been configured.

Date and Time for enabling SSO.

The IDP being used. In this case, Entra ID.

App Federation Metadata Url: Copy and paste the value from Entra ID.

Login and Logout URL: Copy and paste the value from Entra ID.

Entra ID Identifier: Copy and paste the value from Entra ID.

X.509 Certificate: Generate the value from Entra ID.

The DocSend Support team will process your request and will provide you with your EntityID and Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) value.

In Entra ID, set the value of Identifier (Entity ID) and Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) that you received from DocSend Support team.
Make sure to leave sign on URL, Relay State, Logout Url as “BLANK”.

How much does the add-on cost?
The price of the DocSend SSO add-on depends on the number of licenses included in your plan. Add-ons can’t be purchased for individual licenses. For example, if you have 15 DocSend Advanced licenses, you’ll need to purchase the add-on for all 15 licenses.
