Overview
Spaces are what we call our virtual data rooms (VDR). You can create a Space (data room) from the Spaces page or from existing folders on the Content page. You can have Spaces for each of your accounts, or create multiple links for the same Space, which provides flexibility and control over how content is shared with each individual account.

Space (data room) visits

- Click on the name of the Space you want to see visitor data for.
- Click Analytics in the left sidebar.
If you want to see who visited the Space but didn’t look at the content:
- Click on the name of the Space you want to see visitor data for.
- Click Audit log.
- Click Users to filter a specific person’s activity.
- Click Download to export the data.
