How do I make a user into an Admin?

An admin or owner of the account may assign members to the admin role, at any time.

  1. Go to your Company User-settings.
  2. Find the user and select the More options located on the right.
  3. Select Make Admin drop-down and confirm admin access.

How do I change ownership of an account to another member
Only the owner of an account may transfer ownership to another user or Admin.

  1. Go to your Company User-settings.
  2. Find the user and select the More options located on the right.
  3. Select Make Owner and confirm ownership transfer.

Note: A password reset email with instructions will be sent to the new owner to finalize the ownership change.
