Changing Account Ownership

To change ownership of your account, you can change your account credentials on the backend. Follow the steps below if you'd like to change the email associated with your account to a colleague's. 

Visit your DocSend settings and change all information to the new account owner's info (especially the email address field) and disconnect your connected apps.

Once the information has been changed, your colleague will be sent instructions to their email address to verify their identity.

After verification, your colleague can visit the password reset page and input their email address at which point they will be sent instructions on how to create a new password to take over the account.
