With in-document feedback, you can receive comments in real-time from visitors as they’re viewing your content!. When enabled, your visitors can immediately contact you with any relevant questions or actionable feedback.

You can enable visitor feedback from the Viewer Experience Settings page, select Show viewer feedback from, and click Save changes to confirm!
Once enabled, visitors will be able to leave comments directly from the document viewer using the viewer feedback form - which is located in the top-right corner. They can also input their email address to get an email notification of your reply.
After the visitor provides feedback, you will receive a digest email with the following:
- The document viewed
- The visitor’s email address
- The page the comment was left on
- The comment
From here, you can easily and quickly address their comments by replying directly to the email.
