When a payment fails, our system will automatically retry the charge three more times. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be canceled and switched to our limited trial. For more information, see What is the Limited Trial?

Resolve a Failed Payment
Failed payments are typically resolved by contacting your bank for more insight or updating your card information.
Once you’ve updated your card or resolved the issue with your bank, reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org so our team can retry the payment manually. Otherwise, the payment will retry automatically on a scheduled date.
